الخدمة
بيّاع وسيط توصيل بين تجار الجملة والمحلات في عدن، اليمن. المحل يطلب من بيّاع، وبيّاع يشتري من التاجر ويوصّل الطلب إلى المحل.
حسابك
الدخول برقم هاتفك ورمز سري من أربعة أرقام. أنت مسؤول عن الطلبات الصادرة من رقمك. لا تشارك الرمز مع أحد.
الأسعار
السعر يثبت عند تأكيد الطلب. إذا تغيّر سعر الجملة قبل الشراء، نرجع إليك لتأكيد السعر الجديد أو إلغاء الطلب.
الدفع المسبق
المحل الجديد يدفع قيمة الطلب قبل الشراء ويرفع صورة إيصال التحويل. يبدأ الشراء بعد مطابقة التحويل.
الدفع عند الاستلام
متاح للمحلات ذات السجل، بحد أعلى لكل محل. الطلب الذي يتجاوز الحد يُدفع مسبقاً.
الإلغاء والتسليم
تقدر تلغي الطلب قبل خروجه للتوصيل. بعد خروجه لا يُلغى. إذا كان المحل مغلقاً عند الوصول يرجع الطلب ويُعاد جدولته.
إذا لم يتوفر صنف نسلّم باقي الطلب ونحسب الفرق. المدفوع مسبقاً عن صنف لم يُسلّم يُرد بنفس طريقة الدفع.
الرسوم
رسوم التوصيل وعمولة الخدمة تظهر في الطلب قبل التأكيد.
إيقاف الحساب
نوقف الحساب عند الطلبات الوهمية أو رفض الاستلام المتكرر أو رفع إيصالات غير صحيحة.

The service
Bayaa is a delivery broker between wholesalers and grocery shops in Aden, Yemen. The shop orders from Bayaa; Bayaa buys from the wholesaler and delivers to the shop.
Your account
You sign in with your phone number and a 4-digit PIN. You are responsible for orders placed from your number. Do not share the PIN.
Prices
The price is fixed when the order is confirmed. If the wholesale price changes before we buy, we come back to you to confirm the new price or cancel the order.
Prepayment
A new shop pays for the order before we buy and uploads a photo of the transfer receipt. Buying starts once the transfer is matched.
Cash on delivery
Available to shops with a record, up to a per-shop cap. An order above the cap is prepaid.
Cancellation and delivery
You can cancel before the order leaves for delivery. After that it cannot be cancelled. If the shop is closed on arrival, the order comes back and is rescheduled.
If an item is unavailable we deliver the rest and adjust the amount. Anything prepaid for an undelivered item is refunded by the same method.
Fees
The delivery fee and the service commission appear on the order before you confirm it.
Suspension
We suspend an account for fake orders, repeated refusal to accept delivery, or false receipts.
