أرسل طلب الحذف من رقم الهاتف المسجّل. نحذف الحساب وبياناته الشخصية خلال 30 يوماً.

Write to us from the phone number registered in the app.

Send the order number, the shop name and what happened. For a payment problem, attach the receipt photo.

Message us on WhatsApp from the same number and we reset the PIN and send it to you.

Send the deletion request from the registered phone number. We delete the account and its personal data within 30 days.
