ما نجمعه
رقم هاتفك، وهو ما تسجّل الدخول به. اسم المحل وعنوانه ومنطقته. طلباتك وأصنافها ومبالغها. صور إيصالات التحويل التي ترفعها. سجل تقني عن وقت الطلبات والجهاز المستخدم.
لماذا نجمعه
بيّاع وسيط توصيل بين تجار الجملة والمحلات في عدن. نستخدم هذه البيانات لتأكيد الطلب وشرائه وتوصيله، ولمطابقة الدفع، ولحل الخلاف على طلب.
أين تُحفظ ومع من تُشارك
البيانات محفوظة على خادم المشغّل. لا نبيعها ولا نشاركها مع معلنين، ولا توجد إعلانات في التطبيق.
السائق يرى اسم المحل وعنوانه ورقمه ليسلّم الطلب. تاجر الجملة يرى الأصناف فقط؛ الطلب يصله من بيّاع لا من المحل.
الرمز السري
تدخل برقم هاتفك ورمز سري من أربعة أرقام تختاره أنت. نحفظ الرمز مشفّراً ولا يمكن لأحد قراءته، ومشغّل الخدمة يستطيع إعادة تعيينه فقط. عند تفعيل التحقق عبر واتساب يُرسل رمز لمرة واحدة ولا يُحفظ بصيغته الظاهرة.
مدة الحفظ
سجلات الطلبات والمدفوعات وصور الإيصالات تبقى مع الطلب للسجل المحاسبي.
حذف بياناتك
اطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذف حسابك من رقم الهاتف المسجّل. نحذف الحساب وبياناته الشخصية خلال 30 يوماً، وتبقى سجلات المعاملات بدون اسمك ورقمك.
من يستخدم الخدمة
الخدمة لأصحاب المحلات، وليست موجهة لمن هم دون 18 سنة.

What we collect
Your phone number, which is how you sign in. Your shop name, address and zone. Your orders, their items and amounts. The transfer receipt photos you upload. A technical log of request times and device type.
Why we collect it
Bayaa is a delivery broker between wholesalers and grocery shops in Aden. We use this data to confirm, buy and deliver an order, to match its payment, and to settle a dispute about it.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Data is stored on the operator’s server. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers, and the app carries no ads.
The driver sees the shop name, address and phone in order to deliver. The wholesaler sees the items only; the order reaches them from Bayaa, not from the shop.
PIN
You sign in with your phone number and a 4-digit PIN you choose. The PIN is stored hashed; nobody can read it, and the operator can only reset it. When WhatsApp verification is on, a one-time code is sent and never stored in readable form.
How long we keep it
Order records, payments and receipt photos stay with the order as an accounting record.
Deleting your data
Ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted, from the registered phone number. We delete the account and its personal data within 30 days; transaction records remain without your name and number.
Who the service is for
The service is for shop owners and is not directed at anyone under 18.
